Booking Policy

BEFORE BOOKING MY SERVICES, PLEASE REVIEW MY POLICY GUIDELINES

By booking with me you are agreeing to adhere to all of my policies.

I reserve the right to stop and refuse service to anyone at any time. Violation of my policies will result in a ban from booking.

A $20 Non-Refundable deposit is required within 24 hours of booking. The deposit will go towards your final service cost.

Your deposit is valid for one rescheduled appointment. Your rescheduled appointment must be made within 48 hours of cancellation.

New Clients

Please come in with bare natural nails. I will not work over or do removals of someone else’s work.

I will do removals of my own work only.

I will not book appointments with any account that doesn’t have a profile picture, 0 post or 0 followers for my safety.

Late Arrivals

I have a 15 minute grace period. A $10 late fee will be added to your appointment total. Your appointment will be canceled at the 20 minute mark.

At that point your deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit will be required to book again.

Cancellations/Reschedules are required with at least 48 hours notice.

No call/no shows will be blocked from booking.

No Rushing

Please keep in mind your schedule when booking and allow enough time for your appointment. Appointments can range from 2-4 hours depending on the service.

Nail Repairs

If a nail breaks or is damaged please contact me within 72 hours of your appointment and I will repair it for no additional fee.

Any repairs made beyond the 72 hour window will be an additional $4-$8 charge per nail to fix.

No Guests

No additional guests are allowed. If you are a minor please let me know. All clients must be 17 or older.

Location

My address will be sent out 2 days prior to your appointment. I am located in Mid-City (Los Angeles) near the Santa Monica I-10 Freeway. Ample parking will be available.

Additional Info

I live with my brother, if that makes you uncomfortable, please do not book with me.

The restroom is not available for use. Please be sure to use the restroom before coming to your appointment.

If you are feeling sick or under the weather, please cancel or reschedule your appointment.
