Purchase Policy

Before placing an order, please review my policy guidelines.

To start your order please fill out the Customer Order Form on the Contact tab.

Once you receive an email confirming your request you may add the items into your cart to purchase.

Sizing Kits are required for all new customers. Sizing properly is the sole responsibility of the customer.

No refunds or exchanges due to sizing mistakes. No returns due to the nature of the product.

Payment must be made in full before work can begin on your order.

Processing time is 10-14 business days. Processing time does not include the shipping time.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct, if the address is incorrect a new shipping fee will be required to send out your order.

Once your order has been sent from the Post Office, Horizon 22 Nails is no longer responsible for your order.
