How Do I Place An Order?

Each month there will be a total of 40 order slots available. Once the slots are filled the shop will remain closed unless stated otherwise.

To place an order you must fill out the Customer Order Form under the Contact tab. I will contact you through your preferred method of contact to discuss the specifics of your order. Once the nail set and price are agreed upon, you may add the necessary items to your cart to purchase. 

Payment is due in full before work can begin on your order. If the payment is not completed within 24 hours of confirmation your spot in the order queue will be released and you will be required to fill out another form to secure a slot if any are available.

*Any orders placed without proper confirmation will be canceled.

How Do I Find Out My Press-On Size?

To find your perfect nail fit we offer a Sizing Kit. A Sizing Kit is the best way to find your proper nail size.

If you choose not to purchase a Sizing Kit, you may refer to our Sizing Guide for alternative sizing methods.

All customers' nail sizes are kept on file. So once an order has been placed there is no need to reorder a Sizing Kit for the same nail shape & length.

We do not offer refunds for improper sizes. Sizing correctly is the sole responsibility of the customer.

Where Do You Ship To?

As of now we only ship within the USA. If you have an inquiry about international shipping please message me and I will get in contact with you.

What Is The Processing Time?

*Processing and shipping times will vary and are subject to change.

Our Standard processing time is 10-14 business days.

We offer Rush Orders ($20). Your order will be processed and shipped within 48 hours.

Standard Shipping ($5) is typically 3-5 business days.

Express Shipping ($15) is typically 1-3 business days.


You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dropped off and scanned into the USPS system.

Once your order has been dropped off at the post office Horizon 22 Nails is no longer responsible for any shipping mishaps.

Please double check the shipping information before completing your order. Any returned packages will require a new shipping fee in order to resend.

Do You Offer Returns?

No, due to the product being fully custom, we do not offer returns. Refunds are only available if I have not started production on your order.

How Do I Apply/Remove The Nails?

How Long Do The Nails Last?

Each set can last up to 2-4 weeks depending on proper application and lifestyle.

Can I Reuse My Nails?

Yes, each set is reusable for up to 3-5 wears.

Can I Replace A Lost Or Damaged Nail?

Yes we offer Replacement Nails for previous nail sets. We also offer Accent Nails and Additional Nails if necessary.

How Many Nails Come In A Nail Set?

Each nail set comes with a total of 10 Nails.

Ready-To-Wear sets will come with a total of 20 Nails.
